Our Project Management team has diverse hardware, software and system solution backgrounds with extensive hands-on experience in the business. To deliver this, in many cases the activity will be run as a formal project, in close co-operation with the end client. A Project Manager will be appointed from within our Project Management Department, who will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects following the Cross Functional Project Realization Process to the required quality levels and within agreed financial constraints. The Project Manager works very closely with the client from an early stage.

The methodology used, is key to the delivery of a consultancy service, this allows for projects to be managed using several discrete yet potentially overlapping phases, and facilitates project related business decisions.
